My goal is to continue adding songs to the repertoire on a weekly basis. This one’s called “Name” produced by the Goo Goo Dolls. It was recorded while hanging around the house during May of 2017.

“Name”, originally released by the Goo Goo Dolls,  has always been a favorite of mine.  I was inspired by a very good friend of mine, “Mil”, to learn this song.  It’s become a crowd favorite since added it to the repertoire of songs.

This video was recorded at Captain Curt’s Crab & Oyster Bar on Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida.

You Are So Beautiful by Joe Cocker is one of the crowd favorites when the audience is really engaged in the music. This particular moment is one of many favorites of my musical adventures. You can’t tell in the video, but I was having a hard time keeping myself together while singing. Weeping tears were streaming down my face just about the time he bent on his knee and they continued until the end of the song. I am so grateful to have been a part of this very special moment for this couple.

Purple Rain is always a crowd favorite, especially with the younger generation.

Jordy is seen here performing a popular country classic “Rodeo”, originally recorded by Garth Brooks in 1991. This video was recorded at Walt’s Fish Market in Sarasota.

Simple Man has been one of the most requested songs within Jordy’s  circle of musician friends along with James Taylor’s “Fire And Rain”.
