Popcorn, peanut butter, honey and beans-
these things keep me healthy and lean
A walk in the park at the end of everyday-
then a few pieces of fruit…before to sleep I lay
The discipline it takes has become a routine-
avoiding cookies, cakes, fatty meats and ice cream
Chicken is always skinless and nothing is cooked in oil-
butter is never an option, least my accomplishment be spoiled
Cucumbers and carrots mixed with pitted kalamata olives-
tossed with tomatoes and feta cheese…this keeps my physique solid
Sure, I’d love nothing more than to eat like a king-
