Can we just be friends and treat each other with respect
Keeping conversations clean and our thoughts in check

Jesus is a friend who is closer than a brother
If we keep thoughts pure and on Him we can forever walk with each other
Can we just be friends, without all of the perverted gestures of the world
Keeping proper boundaries in place, between this boy and girl
