I don’t want to be sad anymore that’s what I heard my heart pray today when I was paying the bills
I was tearing the envelopes and writing the checks
I wrote out three checks for taxes, WHAT THE HECK!!!
I was getting an attitude about a tax for this and a tax for that
everywhere I looked I saw more and more tax
I had a tax on the cable bill, power, phone, water, tangible, intangible,1040, 941, property and even a late fee
When I finished paying the bills I placed them on the floor under my feet
I began to thank God for the cable, the phone, the property and for the water
I thanked him for the soldiers who are fighting for freedom, my kids, sisters and brothers
